The Area
A cluttered down-town with shops lining every street and alleyway. These shops are small stands with items hanging off every part and scattered on the ground in front of each of them. Everything you can imagine can be bought here, from cybernetic augmentations, to food, to drugs and everything in between. It is located north of the southernmost entrance to OLD The Sewers (Green Lake), and as such, is a common place for the residents of the OLD The Sewers (Green Lake) to sell a variety of contraband. The stands here are not of a permanent design and are built of mostly scavenged materials, tarps, wooden posts and sheet metal. The government turns a blind eye to much of what happens in the Bazaar, the internal messaging being that they believe localising the inevitable black market prevents it from spreading to the rest of the city. In reality, it is common to see bureaucrats purchasing less-than-legal goods from the market, albeit while heavily disguised.
The People
Vendors here are best described as sleazy. While predominantly members of the criminal underground they take on a pseudo-professional look, often wearing ill-fitting and stained suits.
