Description

Once per combat, on ability use, set the cooldown of the used ability to 0.

Stack

Linear. Increases the amount of times this item can be used in combat by 1 per additional stack.

Lore

A backup tritanite battery installed in some higher-end simulants, used as emergency reserves in case the main core is damaged. Some simulant modders have also repurposed them to be used in conjunction with the main core to boost performance.
