Description

On hit, has a 90% chance to trigger an extra hit which deals a 20 damage. On success, it will attempt to trigger again, with a 10% reduced chance of succeeding each time.

This can be implemented by calculating the number of triggers right at the start, to avoid ACTUAL recursion. If a 90% chance roll succeeds, add 1 to a counter. Then if an 80% chance roll succeeds, add 1 to the counter again. Etc etc until a roll fails.

Additionally, there should be about 0.3s between each successive hit. This value should get 20% shorter with each new stack, to prevent it from going on forever.

Stack

Rational. Reduces the chance decay by 20% of its current value for each new stack. 1 stack is 10%, 2 is 8%, 3 is 6.4, 4 is 5.12, etc etc etc…
