Overview
KSRG-03. Kothar Simulant, Railgun, Version 3.
Sniper Simulants were deployed by KDE in the 2092 War for New Damascus. They served as long-range assassins capable of picking-off enemy frontline units one-by-one with great ease, efficiency, and stealth. Equipped with a long-range railgun, a surveillance drone, and optical camouflage cloak, it also has built-in thermal and night optics with variable zoom.
Character Design Requirements
A thin, lightweight humanoid Simulant. It has a long-range railgun that is quite large and intimidating. It has an optical camouflage cloak that is hooded and covers most of its body, rendering it almost invisible when laying prone. Its face has a large lens with two smaller lenses, one of which is poking out slightly. Overall, it should look “tacticool”.
A surveillance drone can pop out of its back to fly upwards and scan the surrounding environment for threats. This drone has a quadcopter design.

Animations

| Anim 1 | Used for Sharpshoot. Sniper quickly draws their rifle, looks through the scope, fires, racks the bolt, and then lowers their rifle. |
| Anim 2 | Used for Piercing Shot. Sniper crouches, aims their sniper rifle, and fires. There should be a lot of recoil to show the power of the shot. |
